<li>Any breach of these Terms could result in harm to properties for which monetary damages would be an inadequate remedy, and therefore, in addition to the remedies otherwise available, including monetary damages, Cybernet will be entitled to equitable relief, including but not limited to injunction, costs, and attorney's fees associated with CyberNet enforcing its rights against you.</li>
