you now agree that both you and CNN, including its present and future subsidiaries, (collectively, "Turner") will be obligated to arbitrate disputes, claims, and controversies that arise out of or relate to your use of the Sites and/or the provision of content, services, and/or technology on or through the Sites, and that any such proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis (and not as a class action), and under New York law.</li>
