<p>The Shipping Labels TOS is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States of America, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws.  The parties irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Oregon with respect to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Shipping Labels TOS.
The court of law for Discogs is located in the State of Oregon, USA. The United States have implemented some laws that are detrimental to the privacy of users of US-American services, most noticeably the PATRIOT Act.

The problem with this case might be that for this jurisdiction it was easy to figure out whether it's friendly or less friendly to user privacy protection, but for other countries, in which the privacy protection practices are not as well-known, we would have to research it for every country individually.
Plus, where do you draw the line between friendly or less friendly?
Again, I'd argue that it's not hard to say for the US, but some country may have practices and laws that are good for privacy protection, while others are not.
We would need to have a checklist of countries and rate those individually and give them a 'good' or 'bad' or 'neither', so that eventually we would probably have a second, meta layer for ToS;DR.
...it would be very helpful, though, because a country's laws can make all the difference.
