If a court finds any portion of the TOS to be unenforceable or invalid, that portion will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and the remainder of the TOS will remain valid and enforceable.</p>
Should one portion of the ToS be invalid, Discogs will enforce it as much as possible under applicable law. The invalidity of one portion does not affect any other provision of the ToS.
