Such modification will become effective 24 hours after posting.  Your continued use of the Platform or any of our Services after such 24 hour notice period confirms your consent to and acceptance of such modification.  The most current version of these Terms will govern your use of the Platform and our Services, including without limitation any content made available on the Platform.  These Terms may not be amended in any other way except through a written agreement by authorized representatives of each party.
