Except as prohibited by law, User waives any rights of attribution and/or any moral rights User may have in User Generated Content, regardless of whether this User Content is altered or changed in any manner. To the extent not waivable, User irrevocably agrees not to exercise such rights (if any) in a manner that interferes with any exercise of the granted rights. User acknowledges and agrees that all User Content whether publicly posted or privately transmitted to the Service is at User’s sole responsibility and risk.
