By submitting or posting the User Content you shall fully and unconditionally release and forever discharge ShapeShift and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, and damages (actual or consequential, direct or indirect), whether now known or unknown, of every kind and nature relating to, arising out of or connected with: (iv) disputes between you and one or more Users or any other person. or (v) the use by ShapeShift or you of the User Content, including any claims that use of the User Content pursuant to these Terms violates any of your intellectual property rights, copyrights, rights of publicity or privacy, “moral rights,” or rights of attribution and integrity. You acknowledge that ShapeShift has no control over, and will have no liability for any damages resulting from, the use (including re-publication) or misuse by you or any other person of any User Content. If ShapeShift becomes aware of any User Content that may not conform to this article, ShapeShift may investigate the allegation and determine in its sole discretion whether to take action in accordance with this article. You acknowledge that ShapeShift will have no liability or responsibility to Users for complying with the activities in the previous sentence. We may, without notice, remove or delete any User Content under our control that we deem objectionable or in violation of these Terms. You hereby consent to such removal or deletion and waive any claim against ShapeShift for such removal or deletion.
