Users are considered to agree to the use and reviewing of posted works' information for selection and reviews. </li> <li>User shall not exercise author’s moral rights against the Company and third parties licensed by the Company in relation to the use, application or implementation etc. within the extent prescribed in the preceding paragraph. </li> <li>When the Company uses Posted Information in the format specified in Paragraph 3, the Company is entitled to omit display of some information or names and so on (including display of nicknames and other modified names). </li> <
