Any arbitration proceedings initiated pursuant to this Section 15 will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, collective, consolidated or representative action or as a member of a class, collective, consolidated or representative action. <strong>If You choose to pursue Your Dispute in court by opting out of this Provision, as specified above, this Class Action Waiver will not apply to You.</strong>
