You and Redbubble agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. You and Redbubble agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Redbubble site (including but not limited to any services provided or made available therein) or this Agreement must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action arose.
