Customer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Netlify and its officers, directors and employees, from and against all third party claims, losses, damages, costs and liabilities, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to Customer’s use of the Services or use of the Website, Customer’s Content, Customer’s Data or any products or services offered by Customer to a third party, or obtained by Customer from a third party, via the Website.</p>
