<p>We do not allow any spam as acting in compliance with Section 106 of The Regulation of Electronic Communications and Postal Services Law of 2004 (112(I)/2004) that deals with unsolicited communications of spam. Furthermore, Fembed reserves the legal right to prosecute for this violation, which may result in monetary civil fines, including, but not limited to criminal sanctions.
