To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, any claim arising from or in connection with this Agreement and/or the miHoYo Services, must commence within one year after you shall first become aware of or within one year after the claim or cause of action accrues (whichever is earlier). If it is not filed within that time, then the claim is permanently barred
