To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, COGNOSPHERE and/or its affiliates, employees, officers, managers, directors, agents, disclaim all warranties of any kind, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, error-free, non-infringement, or for a particular purpose, regardless of express or implied, regardless of in the aspect of tort, contract or otherwise, and regardless of whether COGNOSPHERE has been advised of the possibility of such liabilities.</p> <p>b.
