INDEMNITY 11.1To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Medal and its respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, suits, proceedings, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees (including, but not limited to, costs of defense), arising out or in any way connected with: a) a breach by you or any other user of your Account of these Terms or our Community Standards; b) your (improper) use of the Platform and Services; or c) a breach by you or any other user of your Account of any laws and regulations or third party rights such as intellectual property or privacy rights.
