From the Terms of Use, under Section "General": "These Terms of Use will be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. With respect to any disputes or claims not subject to arbitration, as set forth above, you and Y Combinator agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within San Francisco County, California." P.S: I do not know if California is considered as a truly privacy-friendly jurisdiction, although the CCPA should be taken into consideration. Still, this localised jurisdiction remains within the boundaries of the United States, which isn't considered privacy-friendly whatsoever.
