We use Third party to provide email services - if you ask for support via email, your and SimpleX Chat email providers may access these emails according their privacy policies and terms of service.

The comment is misleading and not consistent with the quote - it is only about support via email, where emails are inevitably accessible by the email provider, unless user uses PGP, and not about the app itself.
