There will be no refunds or credits of Service Fees (i) for partial months of Service access, (ii) as a result of any upgrade or downgrade of the Service, or (iii) for any period of time during which you do not use the Service, but have not cancelled your Account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
