The UPS Technology Agreement states that "General Terms and Conditions Articles 1, 7-9, and 12; and Sections 4.1, 6.5, and 6.6; the Articles and those Sections of the End User Rights identified in End User Rights Section 10.3; and the Articles and those Sections of the Information and General Use Policies identified in Article 4 of the Information and General Use Policies shall survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason. "
