Infomaniak and the Customer will endeavour to settle amicably any dispute concerning theinterpretation or execution of the present contract. Any complaint must be addressed inaccordance with the article "Communications between the Parties". Once all amicable means ofredress have been exhausted, the Customer has the right to bring his claim against Infomaniakbefore the Courts.
