The terms of service state: "If access to and use of the Services is by a minor, the person executing these Terms does so on behalf of that minor, and he or she represents and warrants that he or she is the parent or legal guardian of the minor; has the legal right to consent to these terms on behalf of the minor; and consents to these Terms on behalf of the minor; and agrees that the minor will be bound by these Terms"
