In the ToS, section 8.1: "If you have a dispute with us, you agree to make an effort to resolve any dispute between us informally for 30 days. After this, you have the legal right to commence legal claims against us if necessary. If you decide to bring a legal claim against The Indie Stone, you should send it to legal@theindiestone.com."
