In the ToS, section 6.2: "Subject to 6.1 above: (a) the total liability of The Indie Stone arising out of or in connection with these Terms will not exceed the amount equal to the amount you have paid to us under these Terms during the twelve (12) months immediately prior to the event which caused the liability"
