The following Sections will survive expiration or termination of this Agreement: Section 2 (Payment Terms), Section 5 (Intellectual Property Rights; Protection of Customer Data; Feedback; Using Brand Features within the GWS Services or Cloud Identity Services), Section 7 (Confidential Information), Section 8.7 (Effect of Termination or Non-Renewal), Section 11 (Disclaimer), Section 12 (Limitation of Liability), Section 13 (Indemnification), and Section 14 (Miscellaneous).</p>
