Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Paris, France.</p> <p>If you are acting as an EU consumer, you may bring any dispute relating to these Terms either before the competent court of Paris, or before the competent court for the place where you are domiciled.
