Customer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company from and against all liabilities, damages and costs (including settlement costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of any claim by a third party against the Company or its affiliates regarding: (i) Customer Content or Customer Data; (ii) Customer’s use of the Services in violation of this Agreement; and/or (iii) violations of Customer’s obligations of privacy to any Person.</p>
