The terms and conditions state: "To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of the Platform or these Terms and Conditions must be filed by the User within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or became due. Any claim not filed within the foregoing one (1) year period shall be waived, timebarred and extinguished; provided, however, that this limitation shall not apply to claims or causes of action related to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, death, or from grossly negligent or intentional misconduct."
