eM Client hereby grants the Customer and the Customer hereby accepts from eM Client, a non-exclusive, territorially unrestricted, and non-transferable right to use the Software and/or the Mobile application within the scope and subject to the terms and conditions specified below for the corresponding license model on a limited number of Devices (“<strong>License</strong>”).
