Any obligations of the Parties under Clause 7 (OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE AND COPYRIGHTS), Clause 10 (LIMITATION OF LIABILITY), Clause 11 (INDEMNITY), Clause 12 (CONFIDENTIALITY), Clause 14 (SURVIVAL AND SALVATORY CLAUSE), Clause 15 (AUDIT), and Clause 16 (GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION) of this Agreement and any other provisions of this Agreement that would normally survive termination shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
