The Customer and eM Client have agreed that eM Client may change or modify this Agreement at any time. The Customer shall be provided with the amendment to this Agreement via e-mail address that the Customer has entered when activating the Software, at least one (1) month before the expected effective date of the amendment. The Customer may reject the proposed amendment by terminating the Agreement in accordance to Clause 13 of this Agreement.
