Notwithstanding the foregoing, we have the right (but not the obligation) to review and remove any UGC which is unlawful, tortious, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy or another person, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, racist, pornographic or otherwise inappropriate or illegal.
