You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CareerOne, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from:</p> <p>(i) any User Content or other material You provide to any CareerOne Site;</p> <p>(ii) Your use of any CareerOne Content; or</p> <p>(iii) Your breach of the terms of these Terms,</p> <p>unless a negligent act or omission of CareerOne or breach of these Terms by CareerOne gave rise to such a claim, action or demand. CareerOne shall provide notice to You promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding.
