We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations (including CAN-SPAM's 10-year suppression list requirement for our customers), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Upon account termination, we retain suppression list data for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law or requested by the customer.
