You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless List Armor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of another party.</p>
