In no event shall KLIPY or its directors, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, or content providers be liable for any lost profits, data loss, costs of substitute goods or services, or any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, compensatory, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services (including, but not limited to, damages for bugs, viruses, or other harmful computer code), or for any direct damages in excess of $100.00.
