You hereby grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, sublicensable (to any number of tiers) right to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, perform, and otherwise exploit such User Content (including all related intellectual property rights) in connection with the Services and our business.
