You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Licensor, its affiliates, and its and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and successors (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees, court costs, and expert fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) any breach by you of this EULA, including without limitation any breach of Section 3, 4, 12.1, or 12.2; (b) your use of the Apps or Services in violation of any applicable law or any right of any third party; (c) any damage, loss, or liability caused by your use of the Apps or Services to the Licensor, its affiliates, or any third party; and (d) any infringement or alleged infringement by you of any intellectual property right, privacy right, publicity right, or other right of any Indemnified Party or any third party.
