If, however, you provide any Feedback, you hereby grant to Unity a right and license to make, use, offer to sell, reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense, make available, publicly display and perform, disclose and otherwise exploit the Feedback without restriction or obligation. The foregoing right is non-exclusive, transferable (in accordance with these Terms), irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free and fully paid-up.</p>
