You represent and warrant that: (a) you have the legal capacity to agree to the Terms; (b) you are not located in a country embargoed by the United States and that you are not on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals; and (c) you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Services (including but not limited to applicable Federal Trade Commission rules and COPPA), and in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the Terms.</p>
