Sonic’s liability for damages to Customer for any cause whatsoever, regardless of form of action, shall be limited to the pro-rated portion of the monthly charge actually paid by the Customer for the period after the first twenty-four (24) consecutive hours in which the Service failed to meet the quality of service standards represented.
