Customer shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sonic, its partners, employees and agents from and against any and all lawsuits, claims, demands, penalties, losses, fines, and liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) of any kind, without limitation, in connection with Customer’s operations, installation or maintenance of equipment and facilities contemplated by the Agreement, its use of the Service or otherwise arising out of or in any way connected with Sonic’s provision of Service or performance under the Agreement.
