<strong>For Subscribers</strong>:</p> <p>(i) Termination by us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a Subscriber's Account and their license to use our Services for any reason, including, but not limited to, if we reasonably believe: (a) they have violated this Agreement or our <a href="https://ente.com/privacy">Privacy Policy</a>, (b) they create risk or possible legal exposure for Ente; (c) the provision of our Services to them is no longer commercially viable; (d) they are using a free account, without an active paid subscription, that has been inactive for a consecutive period of 12 months.
