Submissions, whether posted to the Services or provided to the Company by email or otherwise, are non- confidential and shall become the sole property of the Company. You hereby assign to the Company all right, title and interest, including without limitation all intellectual property rights, in and to any and all Submissions. The Company shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of any Submissions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.
