By submitting User Submissions through the Consumer Services, you hereby grant Foursquare a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable and transferable license to host, use, store, copy, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, perform, and otherwise fully exploit the User Submissions and any content that you submit to Foursquare for business purposes (e.g. promoting the Sweepstakes in which you participated) in connection with our Consumer Services and Foursquare’s (and its successors and assigns’) businesses, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Consumer Services in any media formats and through any media channels (including, without limitation, third party websites and feeds).
