These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law. Disputes arising from dealings between GeoGuessr AB and a user of the Services shall be examined in a general court of law, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance, unless otherwise specified by mandatory legislation.</p>
