Upon creation of any maps, challenges and/or quizzes through GeoGuessr (collectively "User Contributions"), and in the event such User Contributions give rise to any intellectual or industrial property right (such as copyright), you thereby grant us a free-of charge, perpetual, royalty free, worldwide, exclusive license to use, process, access, modify, display, commercialize, copy, and store User Contributions. To the extent permitted under applicable law, you waive your moral right to and/or in the User Contributions.</p>
