At the time of auto-renewal, the next annual subscription fee will be pro-rated to reflect the duration of the pause period applied during the previous term.</p> <p>Please note: If the customer chooses to cancel their subscription and not renew at the end of the current subscription term, no pro-rated refund will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription, including the duration of any pause applied.</p>
