<p>Customers with an active annual subscription may elect to pause their subscription for a period ranging from two (2) weeks to a maximum of eight (8) weeks. This pause option is available one time only during the current subscription term and must be scheduled in advance through the customer account settings.</p> <p>During the pause period, access to the software and related services will be temporarily suspended. Upon resumption, the subscription will continue as normal, and the remaining subscription term will be extended accordingly.
