If any of the provisions or part of a provision of these Terms is judged to be illegal or unenforceable, the continuation in full force and effect of the remainder of the provisions or provision will not be prejudiced unless the substantive purpose of these Terms is then frustrated, in which case either party may terminate the Agreement forthwith on written notice.</li>
