You hereby grant to Ubiquiti, without obligation, compensation, or restriction of any kind or nature, the worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, fully paid up right: (i) to copy, reproduce, broadcast, transmit, republish, distribute, modify, prepare derivative works of, perform, publicly perform and display any User Submissions and any copies thereof, in any format or medium now known or later developed, and including as embodied in any Product; (ii) to make, have made, use, license, rent, lease, sell, offer for sale and import the User Submissions and any copies thereof.
